Police were stationed at the training camp of Manny Pacquiao. The tight security were an effort to ward off onlookers from distracting Pacquiao.
The Baguio City Mayor appealed to city residents and outsiders alike not to distract Pacquiao at Teacher's Camp so that he can concentrate on his training for his upcoming bout with Miguel Cotto.
